We arrange your consultations and appointments, work with you and your dentist to finalise your treatment plan, and organise your hotel, airport transfers and transport to the clinic. You can come to our team with questions at any point, including while you’re in Georgia.

Send us a short enquiry telling us what dental care you’re considering, what questions you have and when you might like to travel. We’ll discuss the next steps with you and arrange for a dentist at a partner clinic to review your enquiry. You can optionally attach relevant PDF or Word (.docx) documents and photos: up to five files, 5 MB each and 10 MB total.

Yes. If an online consultation would help, we arrange it with the dentist and agree a time with you. You can ask the dentist about treatment options, possible risks and what they’ll need to check in person. Afterwards, we work through the proposed arrangements with you.

We’ll ask the dentist what they need, tell you exactly which records to provide and agree with you how to share them. When the dentist has reviewed them, we’ll follow up with you about the next step.

Your dentist assesses your case and recommends treatment. We go through the proposed plan, costs and visit dates with you, and take any clinical questions back to the dentist. Once you and your dentist agree on the plan, we confirm your appointments. If the dentist recommends changes after examining you in person, we coordinate any revised arrangements with you.

Before you book flights, we confirm with your dentist how much time to allow for treatment, recovery and follow-up appointments. If you need two visits, we help you plan both stays and confirm your return dates when your dentist advises that you’re ready.

We do. We help you choose from handpicked four- and five-star hotels with daily breakfast, then arrange your stay around your appointments. We organise your airport pickup, rides to and from the clinic, and transfer back to the airport for departure.

Contact your MedCare team throughout your stay. If an appointment moves, come straight to us and we’ll coordinate the new time and transport. If you have a question about your treatment, we’ll put you in touch with your treating dentist. We can also arrange language support or help plan sightseeing around your dentist’s advice.
